As for Bac Ha Group, the representative is Ms. Khuc Thi Dau – General Director of Bac Ha Group. Accordingly, Hoang Nam Group has agreed to lease over 20,000 m2 of total commercial floor area to implement the Pho Xinh Nam Tu Liem Furniture Center project at Bac Ha Tower Building, To Huu Street, Phung Khoang Urban Area, Trung Van Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi. This will be the place to display Pho Xinh and Ahsley furniture showrooms – the number 1 furniture brand in the US. Representatives of the two sides signed bilateral agreements as well as spent time discussing a number of related issues surrounding the cooperation project.

In addition to the Con Ga Trong restaurant chain familiar to food enthusiasts, Pho Xinh & Ashley are two furniture brands associated with the name of businessman Duong Quoc Nam. He is also the first businessman to bring the No. 1 furniture brand in the US to Vietnam after meeting strict requirements and conditions from the US parent company Ashley in purchasing a franchise. It is known that in addition to cuisine and interior design, Mr. Duong Quoc Nam also invests in the financial sector and is quite secretive.

In 2016, Hoang Nam Group also signed a contract to lease a commercial floor at Sarimi luxury apartment complex – Sala Urban Area with 10,000 square meters of display area in SaLa Dai Quang Minh Urban Area to sell two furniture brands: Ashley and Pho Xinh.
