DELTA CONTRACTED THE UNDERGROUND PART OF THE 6TH ELEMENT PROJECT
On March 9, 2017, at the headquarters of Bac Ha Group Joint Stock Company, a contract signing ceremony for the construction of the foundation and basement package of the project: Bac Ha Tay Ho Tay Apartment took place between DELTA and the Owner. Private – Bac Ha Group Joint Stock Company.
At the contract signing ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Tai Ha – deputy general director of Bac Ha Group Joint Stock Company expressed his confidence in the experience and construction capacity of Contractor DELTA. Representatives of the investor and the contractor share the view of close coordination between the parties to ensure the contract is completed according to the set quality and schedule.
The project is a mixed housing area partly reserved for sale to officers and soldiers of the police investigation office C44 and the offline and technical department C51 – Ministry of Public Security and Kindergarten Construction. Construction location: Plot 017 hh1, located in Tay Ho Tay new urban area – Tay Ho district – city. Hanoi.
The scope of the signed basement foundation contract includes the foundation and 04 basement floors, the area of one basement floor is 13,630m2, average excavation depth: 14.5m.
Construction progress 10 months.
All preparation work, site clearance, equipment assembly and mobilization of construction forces to carry out this contract have been planned in detail by Delta.
